Johnna Matthews, Personal Transformation Coach and Olivia Steinberg Integrative Health Coach collectively bring you A Course In Conscious Living from a Mind, Body, Spirit perspective for those who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, burnt out and not quite sure what to do next.

Living a conscious life means you’re actively evaluating your activities, decisions and options. You’re making deliberate choices based on your values and your truth.

We have consciously developed a complete 12 session course to support you throughout the year! Incorporating the seasons, each monthly session will include a grounding component that helps you connect with your body, mindful techniques and soulful practices to support you to reduce burnout, create balance and feel confident.

Together we’ll learn the art of creating a life that supports the best version of you. Diving into supportive self-development work we’ll figure out what isn’t working, uncover roadblocks, develop a plan of  action, and celebrate your wins to bring you to a place of calm, power, and self-awareness.

The Course In Conscious Living is right for you if:

The course is year long, cumulative, and tied into each season (spring, summer, fall, and winter). We invite you to take what you need by joining us for the month, the season, or the entire year.

Our first session kicks off in March! With Spring upon us, we are going to be taking time to prepare the foundation for this season of rebirth by tying up loose ends and getting ready for what’s ahead! We are going to take an assessment of your life: what’s not working, what is, and how-to give up the things that are no longer serving you. There is no better opportunity than now to make time for yourself and the future that you want- and we are here to show you how.
