Event Details

Learn to make pasta from scratch. In this hands-on class, we’ll utilize local ingredients and work as a team to make a pasta dough. Together, we’ll roll and cut the noodles using a pasta machine and blend up a batch of fresh pesto. There will be pasta (made in advance) for tasting, and discussion around variations and storage tips.
Class limited to 12 participants
Jennifer Bedrosian is working to build community through food education and awareness. She creates and teaches programs that focus on education and the benefits of growing, cooking, and eating with the seasons. Jennifer has owned a personal chef service, worked with the Slow Food movement, and The Edible Schoolyard. She has seen firsthand how transformative sharing stories around a kitchen table and having an understanding where our food comes from can be.
