Black women (statistically) are the most educated demographic in the US – and yet often find themselves vastly underrepresented, underpaid, or under-engaged in professional spaces. Cross-cultural competence is critical for professional development and overall success for everyone at work – and yet, it’s easy to miss the mark even when you have the best of intentions. With over a decade of work in Higher Education, she is a trained speaker and facilitator adept in leading professional development efforts for underrepresented populations and millennials.
