It can be really complicated to navigate our mental health care system, especially if you are struggling and feeling vulnerable – which is pretty common at the time when people need a counselor the most! If you’ve ever had questions about what the differences are in types of therapists, approaches to therapy, or how much this is all going to cost, this class if for you. We’ll discuss when it might be time to try therapy, the search process, financial questions, and how to know if you’ve found the right counselor for you. I’ll also provide some general local referrals and leave time for other questions. Cost is $10.00, but if that is a significant barrier, please reach out to Brittany directly.
