Are you the type of person who is constantly setting new fitness goals but never actually finishes them?
If so, that’s actually pretty amazing!
It takes a lot of persistence to continually set new goals. But it also means you just need a little extra help to follow through.
This month I’m an event that will give you the tools to stay motivated through the messy middle of your fitness goals.
You know… those moments when you actually have to drive to that gym class and not just merely wear the yoga pants around the house. Or when you make it the first time, but have a hard time returning because you’re afraid you’ll never be able to stick with it, so you never show up again?
Those are the messy middle moments I’m talking about.
Here’s why you’ll want to attend:
As a fitness coach and gym owner, I’ve helped hundreds of men & women to set goals and navigate their way towards completing them. Besides figuring out how to do this myself as an athlete, I also know what works and doesn’t and sometimes we just need to know a better way.
Second, did you know that even elite athletes go through phases where they feel unmotivated? If it’s true for them, it’s definitely true for us! (which should also come as a huge relief!) It’s just a matter of finding ways to get through it.
