Join us to discover the many benefits of journaling! Keeping a journal helps us figure out who we are, what we need, and what we want. Research has shown that journaling has benefits related to physical health, mental health, sleep, and grief-coping. Keeping a journal can help you digest your thoughts and understand your emotions. You will get to spend some quiet time practicing a journaling technique in your own journal.

Please bring a lunch if you’d like, we’ve got the water, seltzer and light snacks!
