Short Bio:
My name is Sonal Chhawchharia. I have been meditating for the last 10 years and teaching breathing and meditation techniques for the last 5 years with a global non-profit organization, Art of Living. I completed my master’s in Accounting from UNCG last year. I would like to volunteer and bring breathing techniques and simple effortless meditation to this amazing community of Winston-Salem- a community who is already aware of self-care.
Cost: Donation-based (All proceeds to go to Art of Living, a non-profit organization teaching SKY Breathing Meditation)
