Event Details

Join us for a mindful, intentional, monthly gathering designed to nurture our souls and recharge our energy reserves. The intention of the circle is to provide a safe, open space for us to pause, connect more deeply to ourselves and each other, to build resilience, and disengage for a while from the hustle of daily life. Within this space, we can more easily hear the voice of our inner wisdom and realign ourselves with our purpose, our highest truth, and our vision for our life.

Each circle’s theme varies based on the season and needs of the group; but may include meditation, journaling, movement, breathwork, or discussion and sharing. (And will usually be held on or close to the Full Moon.) We may integrate resources or references from different belief systems to use as tools for self-reflection, contemplation, and growth but is not affiliated with any particular belief system. This gathering may be particularly helpful for anyone looking for more spiritual connection and practice without a strict dogma. This work is heart-centered and there is an element of ceremony as we gather together in community to explore our own inner wisdom and the wisdom to be found in the world around us.

If this speaks to you, come with an open mind and heart, a pen and notebook of your choice, and a blanket or wrap if you tend to get chilly.
