Like choosing a bottle of wine, estate planning can be intimidating and may seem complicated. But I’m here to tell you that estate planning, like wine, is accessible and is for all of us. I will cover what it takes to set up a plan (a will, a healthcare power of attorney, and a durable power of attorney), what happens when you don’t set up a plan, and how to make decisions that are right for you. As a fun bonus, I will talk about some basics of choosing a bottle of wine so that you can walk into a store or restaurant and make your choice confidently. This will be a 45-minute session with an opportunity for questions and discussion.
